This article violates trademark act of 1994. Trademark belonging to Mr Howard Toshman, who registered "The Courtesans" trademark on 12 August 2013. Application number 3017753. - Speedy keep. A trademark infringement would appear if the brand "The Courtesans" was exploited commercially be Wikipedia. This is, however, not the case. We have lots of articles about trademarked brands like Coca Cola, Altoids, or Maltesers. Also, The Courtesans is just a redirect to Eileen Daly where the trademark case and the Courtesans band are a minor part of the main article. It appears the dispute stems from the fact that there appears to be a UK manager who trademarked "The Courtesans" in the United Kingdom as the name of a (non notable?) band, which conflicts with Eileen Daly's band of the same name. Sucks for Daly, but irrelevant to us. We don't give ownership of a page title on trademark claims (otherwise WWF would point to the World Wildlife Fund rather than act as a disambiguation page). If Toshman's band gains notability, a discussion on what to do with the page title The Courtesans would be warranted, but lacking another target of notability, the current redirect (which was restored after this AFD was filed) is fine.
