As I said, don't be surprised that backlogs accumulate when idiots drive off administrators. I don't often close discussions, and dealing with the Dunning-Kruger effect is generally the biggest reason why; it's wearying to waste one's time attempting to explain to people that they don't even know what they're talking about.
