Vanessa Tevi Kumares is a Malaysian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Malaysia 2015. She will represent her country at the 64th Miss Universe beauty pageant hold by The AXIS in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Personal life
Vanessa Tevi is of Malaysian Indian and Chinese ethnicity.[1] She was an ex-student of Taylor's University (Lakeside campus) and graduated with a Degree in Tourism Management. Vanessa is an adrenaline junkie who loves extreme sports including sky diving, bungee jumping, hiking and mountain climbing. She is fluent in Malay, English and Chinese.[2] Besides that, Vanessa also understands Tamil language and Cantonese[3]

Miss Universe Malaysia 2015
Tevi was crowned Miss Universe Malaysia 2015 on 18 April 2015 beating other 16 hopefuls.[4] She will represent Malaysia at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. Tevi is appointed as Thalassaemia Ambassador 2015 for Negri Sembilan Malaysian Medical Association (MMA).[5] Tevi is also named one of FHM Malaysia’s Most Wanted 2015 (Top 39).[6]
