The article says (in several places) that the Fourth Fleet was disbanded in 1905 and reconsistuted in 1937. However, it also describes a "Fourth Fleet Incident" in 1935. Either the 1937 date is wrong, or there was another fourth fleet in existance in between 1905 and 1937.
