Shivaay is an upcoming 2016 Indian bollywood film directed and produced by Ajay Devgan under his banner Ajay Devgn FFilms. Devgan stars in the film with Sayyeshaa Saigal and Erika Kaar. Mithoon composed the film's score and soundtrack.[2]
The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 28 October 2016 on the Diwali weekend.[1]

Filming of the film started in November 2015 in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. Shooting locations included Bulgaria, Hyderabad and Uttarakhand.[7][8][9][10]
