My personal opinion is that he Knopp is an idiot, who loves nothing more than to portray the suffering of Germans in WW2 in order to relativate the crimes commited by them, as do many other German historians, see Ernst Nolte. I have watched his series about the flight and expulsion of Germans, quite mild comparing to Expelled opinions. Now Poland is responsible for US bombs, Soviet torpedoes and Nazi administration (www.z-g-v.de).

You know just the half story and thats why you spend guilty to the masses, i think. Well if Knopp is a historian, why he hadnt published anythink seriously? Does anyone of you speak german to know, what he is telling you in his "blockbuster" movies? I guess not. A lot of people dont like to know all about their past. For those Guido Knopp is a good story teller. Well, there is no critism in this article. Thats so much off a historian, maybe some english native historian could tell the world about his german workmate. For the others i'd like to show you Lloyd George. Maybe you should know him better as i do, because i am german. It is simply an example that history isnt black and white und thosefor that black is evil and white is good. History shouldnt be used to judge others but to judge oneself. And well i noticed that there is a lot of "crossover-misunderstanding" between the people. And a well, i didnt know that John Maynard Keynes was that kind of a yerk in needing metaphors to credited his opinion. Thank you english wiki for telling me the truth about him. :D [12.11.2017 CEST]
