Magic x Warrior Magi Majo Pures[1] (魔法×戦士 マジマジョピュアーズ!) is a Japanese Tokusatsu TV drama series, released on April 1, 2018. The TV Show's catchphrase is "Open the Majoka World! Sparkling Magic Pure Rise!!" (オープン・ザ・マジョカワールド!きらめく魔法でピュアライズ!!)

Overview

The 2nd installment of the Girls x Heroine series, Magi Majo Pures!, follows 2017's Idol x Warrior Miracle Tunes!. The cast members were chosen from TV Drama Girls Audition in 2017.

EXPG is in charge of their dances.[2]

Story Synopsis

On the day of her middle school entrance ceremony, Momoka meets a fairy from the magic world called Mokonyan and the "Maji Majo Pures" is awakened. Together, they confront the Nuisance Troupe who is trying to conquer the world by interfering with people's dreams.

Characters

Magi Majo Pures!

Momoka Aino (愛乃モモカ)

Played by - Yuki Miyoshi

The main character is a bright and energetic 1st-year middle school student. She moves to a new town due to her father's work and encounters Rin and Mitsuki. She transforms into a Magi Majo Pures with the "Heart Ruby" after witnessing a ballet teacher turn into an Akiramest. Her parents are Makoto, a reporter, and Ririka Aino. She also has a little sister named Sumire Aino.

Her catchphrase is "That's magical!". The color of her image is pink.

Rin Sumitani (白雪リン)

Played by - Momoka Sumitani

Rin Sumitani is a girl with excellent grades, dreaming of becoming a manga artist despite her terrible skills. Originally from the Magic World, she has the "Frozen Sapphire" that allows her to transform into a Magi Majo Pures.

Her catchphrase is "How mysterious!". Her image color is blue.

Mitsuki Hanamori (花守ミツキ)

Played by - Misaki Tsuruya

The energetic motor nerve of the group, originally from the Magic World, she has the "Flower Citrine". This allows her to transform into a Magi Majo Pures. Her love of sports allows her to become talented in that area, and, as a result, she is sought after by many school clubs.

Her catchphrase is "Happy Flower Circles!". Her image color is yellow.

Shiori Hoshina (星奈シオリ)

Played by - Youka Ogawa

A girl who was the Magic Warrior of the Stars and Moon before being manipulated when she entered the Nusicance World by herself. She has the "Star Amethyst". Her partner is Lalanyan.

Her image color is purple.

Magi Majo Pures! Staff

Tiara (ティアラ)

Played by - Mariko Shinoda

The owner of a jewel shop named "Tiara". In the first episode she hands Momoka a Majoka Porte. Always seen watching the girls through a glass ball along with Mokonyan.

Magic World

Mokonyan (モコニャン)

Voiced by - Sakura Ando

A pink, cat-like fairy from the magical world who is partnered with Momoka, Rin, and Mitsuki. She is always drinking milk and eating fish-shaped cookies. She ends her sentences with the word "nyan".
Lalanyan (ララニャン)

Voiced by - Izumi Okamura

A fairy from the magical world who is partnered with Shiori. When entering the Nuisance World, she got separated from Shiori and was held captive.

Nuisance World

Jama Danshaku (邪魔男爵)

Played by - Kenichi Endou

Stole the Majoka Jewels from the Magical World. Along with his three minions, he takes away people's dreams.
Jama Hiko (邪魔彦)

Played by - Kanata Hosoda

The son of Jama Danshaku, who takes charge after Jama Hiko's disappearance. He brainwashed Shiori into becoming evil and later he joins the school in a disguise as Masahiko Masabe.
Muri Tarou (ムリ太郎)

Played by - Louis Kurihara

A man who wears black clothes and ties his hair back.

His animal symbol is a rabbit.

Mudako (ムダ子)

Played by - Akosuya Miki

The only woman on the team, she wears red clothes with Afro hair.

Her animal symbol is a bear.

Dame Nojou (ダメ之丞)

Played by - Osamu Fujiki

A man with dreadlocks wearing a frog-like hat and white clothes.

His animal symbol is a frog.

Majoka Porte (マジョカポルテ)

A compact transformation item.

Majoka Lumina (マジョカルミナ)

A tact-like weapon.

Majoka Jewel(マジョカジュエル)

Majoka Jewels are items meant to protect the Magic World. Each is named after a real gem.

Akiramestone (あきらめストーン)

Majoka Jewels which have been transformed by Jama Danshaku. Those who touch an Akiramestone become possessed and turn into "Akiramest"

Majoka Palette (マジョカパレット)

A transformation item used by Shiori, in the shape of a phone.

Magical2

Magical2[3] (Magical Magical) is a Japanese idol group that sing for the drama.

The 4 members are under EXPG Studios.
