I prefer to keep all communication in one place. If I posted on your talk page, please feel free to leave a {{tb}} that directs me to your page, but please respond as you see fit on your page, rather than mine. The odds are pretty good, though, that if I have posted on your talk page, I have placed it on my watchlist, so if you have responded, I'll likely be around shortly.

While Wikipedia itself is not censored, I do not appreciate profane language of any kind on my talk page. I reserve the right to remove any comment containing profanity once I have reviewed the comment and acted upon it as needed.
As noted below, my talk page is watched by a few nice folks. In regard to issues of policy here on Wikipedia, any response by a talk page stalker may be considered as good as coming from me personally. Outside of policy questions, I appreciate their opinions, but please wait for a response from me.
While my edit count (currently in the neighborhood of 7000) may not be indicative of it, I have been around Wikipedia for over ten years now. As such, I would prefer not to be templated. If I have made an error that normally bring out a template, I would ask that you take the time to write a personal comment, rather than the alternative. Community Wishlist Survey – NPP needs you – Vote NOW

Community Wishlist Voting takes place 16 to 30 November for the Page Curation and New Pages Feed improvements, and other software requests. The NPP community is hoping for a good turnout in support of the requests to Santa for the tools we need. This is very important as we have been asking the Foundation for these upgrades for 4 years.

If this proposal does not make it into the top ten, it is likely that the tools will be given no support at all for the foreseeable future. So please put in a vote today.

We are counting on significant support not only from our own ranks, but from everyone who is concerned with maintaining a Wikipedia that is free of vandalism, promotion, flagrant financial exploitation and other pollution.

With all 650 reviewers voting for these urgently needed improvements, our requests would be unlikely to fail. ArbCom 2018 election voter message

Hello, Strikerforce. Voting in the 2018 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 3 December. All users who registered an account before Sunday, 28 October 2018, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Thursday, 1 November 2018 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

Thanks a lot for keeping a close eye on Ryan Day. Vjmlhds (and a few others) are apparently having a hard time being patient and waiting until after the Rose Bowl to make those changes. I notice that the program's page was just (literally, within the last couple of minutes) protected, so that should cut down on the repeated changes a bit. Coach Meyer's page is autoconfirm protected, so that's going to be a matter of policing, as changing it to semi-protected would actually be a step backward.
