As before, the sources do not clearly demonstrate that the centre is notable independently of its parent institution, the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicate Research – on which we do not have an article. There are new and more stringent notability guidelines for organisations at WP:NCORP; this page would need to be substantially revised to meet them. The topic might perhaps more suitably be covered in a short section of our page on the Fraunhofer Society. It appears that the creator of the draft has a conflict of interest, but there's no disclosure on the talk-page.
