Thanks, SchroCat and Yunshui, but, no, most definitely not back. I realised I had to make ten edits to be able to vote in the forthcoming ArbCom elections. A committee that can endorse the removal of tools from an admin - claiming harassment - which then places an IBAN under doubtful circumstances, should not be allowed to remain. For members of that same committee and others to then be supporting the present RfA, is, in my opinion, shameful. SagaciousPhil - Chat 09:12, 6 November 2019 (UTC)

That's sad; I was really hoping that you were back in the saddle, so to speak. Well, the elections are a little way off still - perhaps you could be encouraged to edit around the place a bit while you wait for the polls to open? There was a reason it was disabled - connected to harassment. I have turned it on but will remove it again in approx. 30 minutes.
