Nenking Ultra Prime (UP), formed in 2020 by Nenking Group, is a professional esports franchise based in China. Ultra Prime is in charge of all Nenking's esports business and manages all Nenking's esports team such as Guangzhou Charge.
History
- On 28 August 2020, Nenking established a new esports brand Ultra Prime for Nenking's esports business. Ultra Prime manages all Nenking's esports teams such as Guangzhou Charge of the Overwatch League.[1]
- On 17 December 2020, Nenking acquired Chinese League of Legends Pro League franchise eStar Gaming.[2]
- On 29 March 2021, Nenking Esports Center grand opened. Located in GBA International Sports and Cultural Center, Nenking Esports Center will be the base of Nenking Ultra Prime and all Nenking's esports teams. Nenking also announced that eStar Gaming was rebranded to Ultra Prime LOL Branch.

On 8 Augst 2020, Nenking acquired an OWC team called Ignition One (IO) and rebranded the team to Ultra Prime Academy as the academy team of Guangzhou Charge.[1]

On 17 December 2020, Nenking Chinese League of Legends Pro League franchise eStar Gaming was acquired by Nenking.[2] The eStar was later renamed as Ultra Prime LOL Branch with the grand opening of Nenking Esports Center on 29 March 2021.
