MOVER Movement [a], while the full English name is MOVER Movement (Revolutionary and Democratic Ethical Green Movement) is a centre-left ecological political party in Ecuador. It is the successor to the PAIS Alliance party, which was dissolved in aftermath of the party's poor results in the 2021 Ecuadorian general election.

History

Foundation

During the 11th PAIS Alliance Convention, the movement's name change to the Revolutionary and Democratic Ethical Green Movement, MOVER, changing its logo to a compass rose, maintaining its colors, refocusing its ideology mainly on environmentalism and green politics.[1]
