The station is operated and co-owned by TV5 Network Inc.. Its studios are located at TV5 Complex, Capitol Road, Camp Marina, Brgy. Kalunasan, Cebu City, while its transmitter is located at Mt. Busay Hills, Brgy. Babag 1, Cebu City.
