Non notable incident not worthy of a standalone article. Fails WP:AIRCRASH. Should probably be noted in airline and or airport articles. William 21:56, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Merge to Mangalore Airport (India). Meets WP:AIRCRASH; aircraft was written off and is therefore worthy of mention in the airline, aircraft type, and/or aircraft articles. However it fails WP:PERSISTENCE and is unworthy of a stand-alone article. - The Bushranger One ping only 22:29, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge or delete - agree with The Bushranger, not notable enough for its own article. The main substance of the article is already in the airport article (I've added the photo there too). Sionk (talk) 22:43, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep - This incident has cropped up several times in the media when the airport runway extension work was in progress, and later when air india express crashed with fatalities. A search for the flight number will not reveal much, but a search for mangalore airport and avro will reveal enough results meeting WP:PERSISTENCE.--PremKudvaTalk 05:14, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Exactly, because it is notable in the context of Mangalore Airport, but not notable enough in its own right. Sionk (talk) 13:47, 31 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- OK. I have updated the details from this article over to its occurrence on the airport article.--PremKudvaTalk 05:21, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge and delete as per Bushranger. (Since the info is already merged at this time of writing, and it is also mentioned at Indian Airlines, it is actually just a redirect.) -- P 1 9 9 • TALK 15:07, 7 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
