Promotional article on a non notable "social entrepreneur" who lacks in-depth significant coverage in reliable sources independent of them. The award they won is largely immaterial, a before search turns up nothing concrete. I’m not so sure returning money mistakenly paid into your account qualifies nor makes one notable.
