Coke Studio Bangla (Bengali: কোক স্টুডিও বাংলা) is a television series which is the Bangladeshi installment of the Coke Studio franchise which features studio-recorded music performances by established and emerging Bangladeshi artists.[1][2][3][4][5]
Coke Studio Bangla pays ode to the richness of Bangladeshi music (including those of native tribal languages), while paving the way for diverse artists to contribute to a richer musical tradition in Bangladesh.[6] Coke Studio Bangla aims to bridge the global sound to native treasures to showcase how tradition and modernity beautifully share a common ground.[7][8][9][10]
The series was launched on 7 February 2022, taking inspiration from the success of the Coke Studio franchises in Pakistan and India.[11]
