MYAirline is a proposed ultra low cost carrier to be based in Malaysia. Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) approved the issuance of an air service licence (ASL) to MYAirline, from 01-Jan-2022 to 31-Dec-2022. The company's paid up capital is two million shares at MYR1 (USD0.24) per share. The ASL would enable MYAirline to operate passenger and cargo services.
History
MYAirline was founded on 11 January 2021 with financial backing from Zillion Wealth Bhd (88%), Trillion Cove Holdings Bhd (10%) and Rayner Teo Kheng Hock (2%).[3]
On 22 December 2021, MYAirline was issued conditional approval for Air Service License, effective 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022.[4]
