Brad Gesimondo, commonly known as Brad Mondo (born October 28, 1994),[1] is an American hairstylist, entrepreneur and social media personality.[3]

Early life

Mondo was born in Franklin, Massachusetts on October 28, 1994. In his childhood, he followed in his father's footsteps as a hairstylist.[4][5] He started his YouTube career at the age of 12 and was a sales associate with Calvin Klein for a while.[6][7]He gained over one million subscribers on YouTube.

Career

Mondo became widely recognized through his "Hairdresser Reacts" videos on social media[8][9] and educational videos on hair styling.[3][10][11][12][13][14][15][16] He has also worked with Charli D'Amelio, Doctor Mike,[17] Vanessa Hudgens, Heather Marks, Joana Ceddia[18] and Shay Mitchell.[19]

XMONDO

Mondo founded the hair care products brand XMondo Hair in 2019 and launched XMondo Color in November 2020.[20] He won the Hair Influencer of the Year award at the 2020 American Influencer Awards.[21][22]
