Bio of a fitness expert sourced to various columns she has written, quotes from her, instagram and other non-independent sources. I don’t find any in-depth coverage of the subject in reliable independent sources and pretty much any run-of-the-mill health columnist would have similar coverage. Does not pass WP:ANYBIO. Delete Seven Tips to Stay Sober at a Wedding isn't a valid source, as much as you'd like it to be. Being on Ninja Warrior is good, but I don't think she made it very far, or was even shown on TV for very long. I can't find much of anything for this person.
