Juan Garrido's birthplace

I have deleted the sentence claiming that Juan Garrido came from the Kingdom of Kongo. The article cited does not say this, but only that he came to Portugal around 1495. At that point, there were hardly any people of any status coming to Portugal, aside from Kongolese ambassadors and students. Beepsie (talk) 19:04, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
