It's election season once again on Wikipedia, and that means it's time for the 2022 edition of my ArbCom voting guide. As I said last year and the year before, I have no idea if anyone will read or care about this, but I was going to end up making something like this for myself anyway, so I might as well post it publicly on the off-chance that it’s useful to other voters.

Note: if you want to see symbols next to the support/oppose/neutral text in this table, may I recommend my Vote Symbols userscript?

CaptainEek (talk · contribs) Support Current arb, no issues
GeneralNotability (talk · contribs) Neutral Some concerns about past temperament [1] (made under previous username Creffett) but not enough to put me in oppose.
Guerillero (talk · contribs) Support More active this year — activity was one of my main concerns last year.
L235 (talk · contribs) Support Current arb, no issues
Moneytrees (talk · contribs) Weak support Has arb clerking experience so that's a plus, though they resigned while still a trainee.
Primefac (talk · contribs) Support Current arb, no issues
Robert McClenon (talk · contribs) Oppose I regretfully oppose all non-admins running for ArbCom because I feel that adminship represents a minimum level of community trust that I look for in arbitrator candidates.
SilkTork (talk · contribs) Support Current bureaucrat, and has experience for the job as a former arbitrator.
Sdrqaz (talk · contribs) Neutral No serious issues but I'd like to see at least a year of admin experience before promotion to arbitrator.
Tamzin (talk · contribs) Weak oppose Concerns were raised on the discussion page about this candidate being too controversial and confrontational, then their responses proved that point. Also recently went through a particularly contentious RfA — maybe wait a couple years for the dust to settle before running again.
