Hi Onegreatjoke (talk), review follows: article promoted to GA on 7 February; article is well written and cited inline throughout to reliable sources; almost all of the sources are offline but happy to AGF there are no copyright violations (article writer is a trusted and experienced editor), Earwig check shows nothing of concern; I edited the hooks a little to add some context (year, name of battle etc.), let me know if you are unhappy with my changes; hook facts are stated in the article and cited offline, happy to AGF they are supported by the sources; a QPQ has been carried out.
