Coral Peña (born 1992 or 1993)[1] is an American actor.[2][3] She is known for playing the role of NASA flight director Aleida Rosales on the Apple TV+ series For All Mankind.[3][4]

Early life and education

Peña was born in the Dominican Republic city of Santo Domingo, and raised in the U.S. in Harlem, New York City.[3][5][6] She studied drama at New York University Tisch School of the Arts.[3][6]


Career

Peña's first television role was a guest appearance on Blue Bloods. Her later roles included a regular part on 24: Legacy.[5] Peña made her debut movie appearance in the 2017 film The Post.[2][3]

Peña joined the cast of For All Mankind in the second season of that series. She plays the character of Aleida Rosales, a Mexican immigrant who was portrayed as a child by Olivia Trujillo in the first season.[4][7]

Personal life

Peña identifies as nonbinary.[3] She has lived in New York City for nearly all of her life.[6]
