Dubai Investment Park (Arabic|مجمع دبي للاستثمار) is a community of the Emirate of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. It is located in the Sector 5 in West Central Dubai. It is one of the most densely populated areas in Dubai.
Territory
The territory of the community occupies an area of 36 km²[1] in inner Dubai.
The area is bounded by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E 311) to the west, Al Yalayis Street (E 57) to the north, Emirates Road (E 611) to the east and Expo Road (E 77) to the south.[2]
The neighborhood is divided into two communities:
- Dubai Investment Park First, also referred to as DIP 1, (community code 598), to the west;
- Dubai Investment Park Second, also denoted as DIP 2, (community code 597), east.

The area is mainly residential, although there are industrial and commercial establishments. The east area of Dubai Investment Park Second is desert and undeveloped.[3]
The residential component is made up of some good quality complexes:[4]
- Green Community, in DIP 1;
- Ewan Residence, in DIP 1;
- Dunes Village, in DIP2;
- Ritaj, in DIP2.
In the residential area there are also schools for various ages and public and private hospital services.[5]
The commercial area includes four shopping malls and shops distributed within the residential areas.[6]
The industrial area is separate from the residential area and is located in the southern part of the community along Expo Road. There are light industries of various sectors: building materials, food and beverages, plastics, textiles and pharmaceuticals. The area also has large structures that can be used as warehouses, storage and logistics solutions.[7]

Dubai Investment Park also has a wide range of hotels and furnished apartments catering to different market segments of business and leisure travellers. Among these:
- Premier Inns;
- Fortune Park Hotel;
- Abar Hotel Apartments;
- Copthorne Lakeview Hotel;
- Peony Hotel;
- Delta Hotels by Marriott.
The area is served only to a limited extent by the Subway with only the Dubai Investment Park stop on the Red, located in the community of DIP 1. However, there are several surface lines that connect the main areas of the community.
