Thank you for uploading File:Kgscrest.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ZooFari 00:41, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have converted the licensing and summary of this image to be fair use. Almost all school logos are copyrighted and you can only put material into the public domain if you created it yourself or the copyright have expired (usually author dead for at least 70 years), either is unlikely here. Hello

[edit]

Welcome!

Hello, Anushe.ahmed, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}} before the question. Again, welcome! I would also like to welcome you to WikiProject Schools. I take note that you assessed Karachi Grammar School as top-importance, I would urge caution before giving articles high levels of importance as in many projects this requires discussion. I will ask for third opinions on this assessment at WT:WPSCH. Camaron · Christopher · talk 19:52, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

WikiProject Karachi

You are invited to discuss the proposed WikiProject Karachi, a project dedicated to the improvement of karachi-related articles.

In regards to your recent edits on this user talk page, please review the talk page guidelines, particularly WP:TALKO. You first removed the comments I left on that talk page. As a general rule you should not remove others comments without their permission. An exception to this rule is that you may remove comments from your own user talk page, per WP:BLANKING. If you were using that IP then I advice you to stay logged-in when editing Wikipedia, as editing the same article's both from an account and an IP may be treated as sock puppetry. You also removed the template placed on this talk page. Please do not remove such templates at any time as they are there for admin purposes and as a notice for future users of an IP address, per WP:BLANKING. Hi. In your recent article edits, you've added some links pointing to disambiguation pages. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Dear Anushe, hello! Am glad to see thhe effort you made on the Jinnah Family article. However, was just wondering if it might not be better off merged with the main Jinnah article or maybe just listed therein or linked to it in a subsidiary capacity, rather than a 'stand alone' article? I hope you dont mind, am just querying please, and would value your feedback on the article's talk page. Thanks, best wishes, Khani100 (talk) 08:16, 14 April 2012 (UTC)Khani100[reply]

I think it's notable enough and that there are enough notable members in the family for it to be a notable article. I just thought that it's an important family and therefore they should have an article. Anushe.ahmed (talk) 23:26, 17 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Thanks for replying. There's no doubt about the family being important and the article's subjects being notable. I only felt (as stated on the article talk page prob) that since there's already a link to the Quaid's Family and Personal Life on the main Muhammad Ali Jinnah page, this might seem redundant/repetitious. I dont have any strong views either way, however, so thats ok! Good luck, regs, Khani100 (talk) 02:43, 18 April 2012 (UTC)Khani100[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Asian 10,000 Challenge invite

[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Asia/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge and Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like South East Asia, Japan/China or India etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. At some stage we hope to run some contests to benefit Asian content, a destubathon perhaps, aimed at reducing the stub count would be a good place to start, based on the current Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon which has produced near 200 articles in just three days. If you would like to see this happening for Asia, and see potential in this attracting more interest and editors for the country/countries you work on please sign up and being contributing to the challenge! This is a way we can target every country of Asia, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant! Thank you. --Ser Amantio di NicolaoChe dicono a Signa?Lo dicono a Signa. 01:09, 20 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]
