Present Efforts (2011-Present)

Since 2011, Liesegang's work is influenced by direct observation of nature. Against a contemporary backdrop of mass consumerism and an over reliance on technology. Semi abstracted water reflections and layered glass-like surfaces characterize this recent work.

Quaboag Series SERIES (2013 - 2016)

Named after a lake in central Massachusetts and inspired by direct observation of nature, Liesegang completed a series of paintings, pastels, and watercolors. Semi abstracted water reflections often observed at dusk led to the creation of layered glass like surfaces.
