Birth and death year confusion

The infobox gives his birth and death dates as 1059 and 1135 [AD]. The death year given in the article is 1135. The birth and death categories are 1325 and 1409. Also the related categories are for the 14th and 15th centuries AD. Which birth and death dates are correct?
