Oppose unless the town is moved to the base name (which should probably happen per WP:DABCONCEPT like Fareham/Borough of Fareham) the other topics are also in Bolivia. Also the comma convention doesn't appear to be common usage (like in the US) but simply as a form of disambigation. If its not primary for the base name then the current title is correct per WP:PLACEDAB (the Wolin example) and Corfe Castle (village). Crouch, Swale (talk) 17:46, 28 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
