Custody Battle

It says "Larry E. Birkhead ... who was in a custody battle with Anna Nicole Smith." Doesn't this suggest he was fighting ANS for custody of the girl. And furthermore, they weren't fighting for custody - they were debating the paternity of the child. I suggest it should be something like "LEB ... who took Howard K. Stern to court over the paternity of Daniellyn Smith" 89.168.20.6 21:46, 10 April 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, it was about paternity, and the news said that it's official now that Birkhead's the father; I never really doubted it... They've been saying after the paternity results, there'd have to be another lawsuit for custody.

National Enquirer Article

On 4-18-2007, The National Enquirer published an interview with a male model who claims to have had a brief, two month, affair with Birkhead. Why is this not mentioned in the article? I seem many other Wiki articles with mentions about this sort of thing.

• It has been added several times and then censored by other users, a major problem on Wikipedia-even when the information is well sourced like the National Enquirer.

Grammar

"Depra Opri is wanting a payment of close to $700,000 in attorney fees."

Unprofessional and unclear

Can someone please clarify the following in this article:

"...In the days after Anna Nicole's death he claimed that he helped Anna prepared to have the baby and gave her an ultimatum to go to rehab. She agreed and then ran off to the Bahamas with Howard K. Stern to give birth..."

1. Should it read "helped Anna prepare"?

2. Larry Birkhead giving her an ultimatum to go to rehab seems to be a non sequitur in the context of that sentence. Someone with clear sources to cite should clean this up.

3."She agreed and then ran off to the Bahamas" is conversational speech and should be changed to be more editorial. Conversational speech seems to be a rampant problem on Wikipedia.

Looked back and could not see this entry in previous versions, so as a still learning editor wondering why can't figure out who put it in. I recomend the following be appended: On April 10th, 2007, Larry Birkhead announced that he was the father of Dannielynn Stern, the daughter of Anna Nicole Smith, outside the Bahama courtroom. "I told you so" were his words.

What was his career or job? What did he do for a living pre-fame? Does he have anything other than a high school degree? The man is 34 and has presumably been out of high school for 16 years, after all. What's he living on? Has he got big money from Entertainment Tonight for all the interviews and picures? They have paid a lot of money to other people for pictures.

What does the middle initial stand for?

Debra Opri

I believe the information regarding his attorney, Debra Opri, should be added. She was the high powered attorney who fought for his custody of Dannielynn and later (June 2007?) sued him for non payment of legal fees.
