[edit]

this article is badly confused, only the last paragraph speaks about latin Basilians.

Most of the congregations described here are Melkite Greek Catholic Church. The monastery of Santa Maria di Grottaferrata belongs to the Italo-Albanian Catholic Church and the Basilian Order of Saint Josaphat is Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. --212.76.33.88 21:57, 23 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I strongly concur. It seems as the article was for no apparent reason split of from one title Basilian monk with this strange title. Right now I'll try to bring the article about the Order of Saint Basil the Great (of Saint Josaphat) up to the status of a stub. Sadly I know next to nothing about the Melkite Church but there probably should also be separate articles about those congregations and then this article should be cleaned up. Sadly as I can see from the timestamp of the above it doesn't seem there's anyone reading this page. --Vohon 14:56, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
