Oudated

[edit]

This article is extremely outdated

-KARMEN has stopped operation on July 20th, 2001
-nobody takes the time anomaly seriously anymore (probably neutron background)
-KARMEN's most important results are the exclusion of oscillations in the nu_mu_bar -> nu_e_bar channel within its area of sensitivity. It is thus in conflict with the LSND results, which have now been refuted by the MiniBoone experiment.

So i.m.h.o. this article should either be thoroughly revised or just removed completely.

What's the role of the Karlsruhe Reseach Center in this? Headbomb {talk / contribs / physics / books} 02:26, 19 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
