Who or what is "Napier Ruskie"?[edit]

"the second but only surviving son of Colonel Alexander Murray (1746–1822) of Napier Ruskie."

Is there something missing here or has something extraneous been added?

Sentence amended as per 'edit summary' to clarify Napier Ruskie as name of a heritable property in Perthshire. Dead hotlink removed.
