Location question

> Street vendors are prohibited from vending in specific areas such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, El Pueblo de Los Angeles, Staples Center, Dodger Stadium, the Hollywood Bowl, the Coliseum, and Banc of California Stadium on event days.

Is there a citation for this? I was just at BOCS for an event today and yesterday and the entire exit toward the street is covered in street vendors (not on the sidewalk), probably at least 2-3 dozen, selling bacon wrapped hot dogs. Electric626 (talk) 10:26, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
