Confusion with his father

Somebody seems to have confused Anthony Shirley with his father, Thomas Sherley. It is the latter who was imprisoned in Fleet and, being an MP, was responsible for the creation of the law stating that MPs are immune from arrest. See Gardiner's History of England (1603-1642), vol 1., ch. 4., page 167
