full name?

I'm reading "Among the Thugs" - does anybody know who "Bobby Boss" really was? Or Sammy's full name? Or Roy's full name? Or DJ's full name? Or what they are doing these days (20 years later). Also, that guy Harry who sucked the policeman's eye out? (hopefully he's in prison still). Also, what has happened to "Tom Melody"???
