Dates

The article says variously that Dame Janet was appointed on 11 October 2011 (unlikely, since Savile was still alive then) and that the report was announced on 11 October 2012. The only source attached to either statement is dated 17 October 2012. For now, I'll change both dates to just say October 2012.
