Nicolae Ceausescu and Nationalism

Hello all, I come here to ask a question. I've heard somewhere that Nicolae Ceausescu encouraged Nationalism in schools, workplaces, military, and other institutions and to do this he would play a film with Drum Bun playing in the background. Does anybody have any sources of this film existing? Is it true that Ceausescu played this film in schools and other institutions? If anybody can help that would be much appreciated, thanks.
