Blood alcohol
[edit]I have removed the following claim, marked "citation needed" for almost a year and a half:
- His blood alcohol level was 1.69 at the time of the arrest.
If restored, in addition to giving a citation, please also say 1.69 what. At 1.69 percent, you'd be dead. At 1.69 per thousand, you'd be quite drunk (twice the concentration that constitutes presumptive impairment for driving purposes in the US), but it's not an extraordinary level. So what then? --Trovatore (talk) 04:10, 16 September 2016 (UTC)
