I have completely reformated the article and added to it. I'm sure that it now meets the standards of Wikipedia. Please reconsider the taging of it not conforming with notability guidelines.
I'm not sure if the company info box is appropriate, but I'm not much of an expert on editing articles yet. If this is still an Issue, could somebody please correct it with the appropriate info box with the same information. Many thanks.
