"Controversy" section

[edit]

Controversy: "A debate, discussion of opposing opinions; strife." What exactly was the "controversy"? Postdlf (talk) 16:45, 16 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The controversy was whether or not Fox would let him remain on the show, I think. The guy is gay, clearly, so I don't think that was the issue. --208.65.188.23 (talk) 03:32, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

American idol controversy

[edit]

Hernandez was really a gay lap dancer? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.37.143.237 (talk) 15:24, 8 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yes. Why is that so hard to believe? Come on... --98.232.180.37 (talk) 04:37, 14 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

New album sources

[edit]

I have reverted the sentence about him working on a new album and will explain why each of the four sources do not work. 1) idol.blogdig.net is a non-reliable source, the full article is no longer in their system and it seemed to be just a copy from americanidol.com. 2) www.americanidol.com news could be a reliable source, but this just links to a search result for "Eric west", when you click on [1], there is no story there. 3) www.hernandezfans.com is a non-reliable fansite and the article claims no outside reliable source. 4) www.americanidol.com/videos links to all the videos on the www.americanidol.com website and I could not find a video to support David working on a new album. For these reasons I removed the sentence. Aspects (talk) 16:35, 29 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
