Picture

[edit]

It would be really effective to use a picture of Mme Web, from an issue of the latest Sensational Spiderman.

I've now added such an image. Hopefully this one is suitable.Jayunderscorezero 11:18, 16 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Ultimate Madame Web

[edit]

Well, she's now made her debut in Ultimate Spider-Man #102. I've added that little detail, but it's not perfect. --Sleepysolitude 01:46, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Madamewebb2.png

[edit]

Image:Madamewebb2.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Gathering of the Five mentioned twice, but what was it?

[edit]

Twice in this article I see the Gathering of the Five mentioned. What exactly is it? I search the Wikipedia and find one other Marvel comic book character mentioned as being part of it, but still no explanation for it. The only other place "Gathering of the Five" is mentioned on the Wikipedia, is for five Central American presidents getting together, and I doubt it was to fight supervillians. Earlier Version

[edit]

Interesting to see that the character was created in 1980, as I specifically recall a Madam Web appearing with Spider-man in a Hostess ad a couple years earlier. . .76.185.59.21 (talk) 00:56, 5 August 2014 (UTC) http://www.tomheroes.com/Comic%20Ads/hostess%20ads/spiderman_and_madame_web.htm[reply]

Add possible Marvel Studios involvement?

[edit]

I checked on Dakota Johnson’s official Instagram account and it looks like she tagged it with both Sony Pictures and also Marvel Studios. Should that be noted as possible indication of Marvel Studios involvement? I mean would anyone check for themselves if they want? I’m just asking so please don’t anyone get mad at me? 0Detail-Attention215 (talk) 05:38, 9 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
