Untitled[edit]

This is a copyright violation from the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography. The ODNB article is a revision of the DNB public domain, with not too much change; but the initial version is clearly a direct copy of the ODNB. The article can be reconstituted with the DNB text, which I can make available on Wikisource. Charles Matthews (talk) 22:04, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I agree the existing article should be deleted - I have started preparing a new article from alternative sources at Lord William Paulet/Temp. Admin: Please delete existing article with copyright violation and insert new one. Dormskirk (talk) 22:39, 2 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
