what kind of battery technology is this? maybe FePO4?

No, I don't think it is LiFePO4 technology. I think it is a lithium titanium battery - Lithium titanate Li4Ti5O12. This is what is used for the anode. there is probably some new ceramic polymer electrolyte like something from ORMOCER technology with a polyethylene fabric separator , and something else for the cathode - maybe Lithium Colbalt LiCoO2 or a spinel like Lithium Maganese Oxide.

Does anyone know why the amp hours are so low? It seems to me that most 24v batteries are above 10 amp hours. For an electric car or bike, it might be fast charging, but wouldn't this small amp hour mean that the range is very limited without a recharge?
