There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:

To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put {{My sandbox}}
on your userpage.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes
~~~~
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to your talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.
Sincerely, '''[[User:CanonNi]]'''
Managing a conflict of interest
Hello, JessZoiti. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page User:JessZoiti/sandbox (a fork of GLX Digital), you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Andy Mabbett (Pigsonthewing); Talk to Andy; Andy's edits 15:56, 15 April 2024 (UTC)
- @Pigsonthewing thank you! I appreciate the help! I'm new to Wikipedia and am trying to wrap my head around the most appropriate ways to navigate the platform - my intentions regarding the above page are to simply see it reflect current and correct info. From hereon, I'll suggest changes on the Talk page? I believe this is the most appropriate thing to do? JessZoiti (talk) 01:11, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
Problem
GLX Digital exists and you submitted your Sandbox which was Declined. I strongly recommend ceasing to work on the Sandbox, and instead copy/paste some of the content into the existing article. For example, the Infobox. David notMD (talk) 04:44, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks @David notMD. Should I paste all the suggested edits into the talk page for GLX Digital and see what an editor does with them? My frustration is that the current content for GLX Digital is now outdated and no longer correct, which isn't great for both Wikipedia or GLX Digital. I appreciate your help! I'm at a loss as to how to resolve the problem. JessZoiti (talk) 04:47, 16 April 2024 (UTC)
