Lawyer or Barrister?[edit]

What is the correct name for this occupation? I think it is Barrister from some of the articles. Anyone know for sure? Vegaswikian 18:30, 2 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Lawyer. They unified barristers and solicitors back in the 80s. Guettarda 18:58, 2 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. Can you add a brief intro to the cat to explain this. Also, some of the articles show the persons becoming barristers which adds to the confusion for the reader. Don't know if there is a way to make this totally clear. Vegaswikian 19:08, 2 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
