EU Visa liberation

Shouldn't this go with in the box with the rest of the "recent". Or remove the "recent" section and move the content up to top of the page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:140:8000:D84F:F031:F80E:9FA7:30B9 (talk) 04:11, 20 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Виза в Эритрею - не согласен. В посольстве говорили, что требуется подтверждение брони отеля и виза делается заранее.

Израиль -- не ратифицировали ещё. На сайте МИДа этого нет —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.112.4.96 (talk) 20:20, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Визу в Бразилию вроде отменили уже? 77.52.107.89 (talk) 09:50, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can we keep this in English please? RashersTierney (talk) 11:21, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It looks like Ukrainian citizens still need visas to go to Brazil. This is what the site of the Brazilian embassy in Kiev says.

Mexico

Has anyone (Ukrainian Citizen) tried to get a Mexican visa online? Can you give more information? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.170.140.212 (talk) 16:14, 29 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for this information although some is outdated. whomever made the original edits of the requirements should update, please. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 79.54.69.94 (talk) 14:53, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

For the Ukrainian chap asking about Mexican visas: If you are a Ukrainian or Russian citizen you do not need a visa to enter Mexico, only a free Internet registration of your passport is required before arrival:

http://www.inm.gob.mx/index.php/page/Autorizacion_Electronica_FAQ/en.html

P.S. Somebody please correct the map, the free electronic authorization for Ukrainians to enter Mexico is valid through any point of entry (land, sea, air) not only at airports

Cuba should be colored blue on the map. The chart says its visa free. Giordano Bruno (talk) 05:02, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Also this map shows Abkhazia as a separate state from Georgia. Ukraine does not recognize Abkhazia as being independent from Georgia; therefore this is inappropriate and shows POV. Giordano Bruno (talk) 05:11, 15 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
BushyMoustache removed my POV marker regarding the map without discussing the issue or giving a reason. It is my opinion that a government that is not recognized by the international community should not be depicted on a map as an independent state -- unless the map is being used in connection with an article concerning a country whose government does recognize that government as an independent state. In the case of Abkhazia, Russia recognizes Abkhazia, so depiction on the Russian visa map would perhaps be acceptable, but on the Ukrainian one it is not. If this rule is not adhered to, then there are dozens more unrecognized governments which can rightfully claim representation on all modern maps. Giordano Bruno (talk) 01:52, 8 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Ukraine definitely do not recognizes Kosovo as independent (or as a state) but it's still on the list (and should be removed). Therefore i see even less objection of Abkhazia being shown as a separate country, it has more grounds than Kosovo to do so. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.232.173.204 (talk) 20:06, 23 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Mexico and Sri Lanka have this electronic registration for visa and not actually a Visa in the passport. In the tables, they have a cyan color, can the map be updated to reflect this? --SVTCobra (talk) 00:31, 1 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Updated.--Twofortnights (talk) 10:44, 1 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Bermuda

I added Bermuda. I learned the hard way that Ukrainians need a visa. Thought that a UK visa was enough. Despite being a British Overseas Territory, Bermuda issues its own visas. See here. Does anyone know if this is true for other British Overseas Territories? --24.44.84.169 (talk) 21:06, 27 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Gibraltar

A UK visa is also insufficient for Gibraltar. I am not sure about other UKOT. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bred (talkcontribs) 17:18, 23 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Indonesia

Indonesia appears as "visa on arrival" on the MAP, but not in the list of countries (indonesia: visa required).Ukraine is not on the list of countries having this facility. can someone modify the map ?

Hongkong and Macao

Both territories are visa free. Can somebody correct the map and also add Macao in the list? Smirnoff 80 (talk) 13:06, 8 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Added them to the map. But Macau is not visa-free.--Twofortnights (talk) 14:45, 8 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Australia

On line visa application for Australia, can someone change the colour (the same as e.g. India)? http://www.immi.gov.au/e_visa/600.htm Smirnoff 80 (talk) 08:12, 21 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure this is relevant: The European Union believes that residents of Crimea should apply for Schengen visas in the consulates of Schengen zone countries on mainland Ukraine.

Not sure this is relevant: The European Union believes that residents of Crimea should apply for Schengen visas in the consulates of Schengen zone countries on mainland Ukraine. Since no European Union member recognised the annexation of Crimea by Russia it could be argued that the above information is rather obvious. — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 15:07, 25 June 2015 (UTC) — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 15:07, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

We need to find a general EU rule. For example do Bolivians have to apply in Bolivia only or can they apply in other countries including Russia and Ukraine?--Twofortnights (talk) 17:44, 25 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Reflist

There is something like a hundred of identical Travel Information Manual, International Air Transport Association (IATA) references in the reflist. Maybe, we should group them into one? --TohaomgTohaomg (talk) 20:44, 11 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
