However, how does this music venue/former fire station pass the general notability guideline WP:GNG, which requires multiple independent, reliable, secondary sources demonstrating WP:SIGCOV? The current ref is a database-like site (non-SIGCOV), my WP:BEFORE search mainly found trivial mentions or routine property details, see 1, 2, 3, [1]. The refs for the French version is slightly better, but it also just has two decent refs excepting the external links. However, do they discuss this in sufficient detail to be SIGCOV? Many thanks!
