We have a first highly interesting test-case develloping here : User:Requestion versus User:Bully-Buster-007 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Requestion#Please_stop_indiscriminate_mass_destruction If You have reasonable arguments do not hesitate to comment there to keep the conversation together as to this case. Please do keep to Wikipedia:Etiquette there as well.

The qualification "spam" for the Work For All contributions is being disputed at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Requestion#Please_stop_indiscriminate_mass_destruction A. B. was given a first degree harrasment warning at (talk) for spreading unmotivated and/or disputable accusations and deliberate atttempts to harm the reputation of other users. --Bully-Buster-007 14:30, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry Bully-Buster-007 but you don't get to dispute what qualifies as spam since that is defined at WP:SPAM. You also don't seem to understand that a WP:CONSENSUS has already been reached. I see that you gave User:A. B. [1] and me [2] the exact same warning. What is up with that? Your logic is absurd in both the philosophical and the surreal sense. There is no meaning. Don't you recognize the utter futility? I can understand your anger at me because I deleted a lot of your spam. The only thing A. B. has done is document your edits and point out some WP:RULES that you have violated. To tell you the truth, I feel insulted. I've deleted far more of the workforall.net spam than A. B. has and I demand a harsher warning! (Requestion 16:09, 9 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]
Sorry Requestion, The dispute over the interpretation of Link-spam is still going on without WP:CONSENSUS being reached. So the grounds for the accusations you repeat here are still being disputed. By repeating them here You are ignoring our warning about spreading disputable accusations. This gives us reason enough for issuing a second degree harrasement warning. We are however not vindicative and do not want this to escalate as we realise we will have to reach WP:CONSENSUS sooner or later according to WP:ETIQUETTE. So we abstain from a formal second degree warning for the moment. However please realise the amount of harm you already inflicted to our reputation, and the harm you continue to do every minute you leave unappropriate accusations unerased. You seem to ignore the devastation you are causing to your victims and all of its possible consequences. So please erase the disputable accusations at once. I'll be most reasonable in consenting to removal of links where they are inappropriate. I'll defend them where they are appropriate. Please be advised to respect the first degree warning now a reasonable WP:CONSENSUS can still be reached. After a second degree harrasement warning this might become extremely difficult. --Bully-Buster-007 17:18, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
WP:CONSENSUS says "Consensus does not mean that everyone agrees with the outcome; instead, it means that everyone agrees to abide by the outcome." You may not be happy and you may never agree but consensus has been reached. Your last workforall.net link spam addition [3] on May 6 2007 was quickly deleted and no one, including you, has attempted to change that edit. The consensus in this case has a supermajority and even you seem to be abiding by it. So what is the problem? (Requestion 19:15, 9 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]
I think I made my point clear above. Time is ticking. --Bully-Buster-007 20:09, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
How much time do I have to think about this? (Requestion 21:07, 9 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]
The warning was issued 9 May 2007 at 13:11 (UTC) and gave you 24 hours. it is now 21:55 (UTC) good night ! --Bully-Buster-007 21:56, 9 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
That isn't much time to contemplate. To be honest, I don't even know what the ramifications are. What do the level 2 and 3 warnings say? (Requestion 00:19, 10 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]
Dear requestion,
the most urgent is to erase 4 disputable accusations of spam, as these are allready spreading through www and in search engine caches:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Requestion#workforall.net_linkspam
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Spam#workforall.net
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Spam_blacklist#workforall.net_linkspam
as well as in the summery here below.
You can start there. If you are of good faith It takes 1 minute to erase them. Or shall I help?
Warnings 2 and 3: better leave that to some obstinate harasser to find out.--Bully-Buster-007 01:19, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Disputable? Well then what do you call the 144 workforall.net external links that you've added? You also can't run around erasing stuff, Wikipedia doesn't work like that. On Wikipedia things get archived. (Requestion 02:32, 10 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]
You failed to provide evidence about the qualification "spam" in the debate on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Requestion#Please_stop_indiscriminate_mass_destruction. Your accusations of spam obviously are unfounded. Spreading unmotivated or disputable accusations can be considered as spam itself and can seriously harm the interests, reputation and privacy of other users. Deliberate attempts to harm the interests, reputation or privacy of other users is both a criminal offence and is incompatible with Wikipedia:5_Pillars and Wikipedia:Etiquette. In order to interrupt the ongoing damage You are kindly requested to remove unappropriate and disputed comments within 24hours. In order to keep the discussion together you are kindy invited to participate in discussion at the appropriate location where the discussion is still in progress. Please try to reach Wikipedia:Consensus there. Please do keep to Wikipedia:Etiquette there as well.
Your refusal to stop a process of ongoing damage to your opponent obviously makes Wikipedia:Consensus increasingly difficult. Your refusal to work toward agreement in a dispute is incompatible with Wikipedia:Etiquette. Considering this refusal is taking place after your opponent proposed to reach a reasonble settlement on several occasions, this is considered as a qualified case of ciber-harassement. A first degree harrasment waring was issued on your talk page.--Bully-Buster-007 11:18, 10 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
What is up with this [4] duplicate warning message? You didn't even give me 24 hours. Your eagerness is forcing me to make up my mind now and I decide to go with the consensus on this one. Sorry. (Requestion 12:35, 10 May 2007 (UTC))[reply]
