Hey, sorry i'm not sure if this is where and how to post messages but i'm sorry for attacking him, I just seen his edit as senseless, he wiped out the whole list of in transfers to Liverpool, something I was looking to check up on, why did he need to do this

Please refrain from adding nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to Dyce Academy. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. I realise that there wasn't really any excuse, so sorry 'bout that. Also, I didn't realise that you weren't allowed to remove messages on your talk page when I did that.--NeoNerd 09:10, 16 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Misundastood

I agree with the {{db-bio}} tag you put there, but did you read the article? It was also complete nonsense as well! Wildthing61476 16:09, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Oh I know, I was going to put the nonsense tag on but you had beaten me to it with the bio tag, cheers! Wildthing61476 16:17, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Engleby

Look neonerd. I am currently working on the Engleby novel article so can you get off my back. Check out the work I have done to see how it will turn out. So, can you please get off my back? Ivankinsman 10:29, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

I took the liberty of moving it to the talk page of that user, where all other such comments are located. Hope you don't mind (some people are very touchy about their comments). Maurog 11:57, 29 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Question about Ailanthus altissima

You recently edited my deletion of a redirect in the article Ailanthus altissima. I was just about to change it back myself, so thanks. Anyways, I'm not so great with some of the more techincal aspects of Wikipedia, so I'd like to ask how one would go about moving the article Tree of heaven to Ailanthus altissima. I tried it, but since the latter already existed it wouldn't let me. I thought deleting the redirect would help, but I was wrong. I've requested the move be done by an admin, but do you know of any way to do it by other means? Thanks! Djlayton4 | talk | contribs 13:55, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

P.S. I lived in Fife for a year - I miss it there!

Userpage revert

Thanks for that job of cleaning up my user page. I've blocked the offender. No constructive edits were forthcoming... Cheers. -- Longhair\talk 12:11, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Horcrux

Hello. I noticed that you reverted my reversion of the horcrux article, specifically including the widely known theories regarding RAB being Regulus Black and leaving the real locket at his home, and Harry or Harry's scar being a horcrux. What was your reasoning for this reversion? OR means something invented by a contributor. It does not mean information already printed and published by others. Similarly, 'crystal ball speculation' refers to future events. All this 'speculation' is based upon past events, i.e. the already published books. It is analysis of what has already been published. It would be very odd indeed if wiki prohibited people reporting what people think about already published books.Sandpiper 12:11, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Not all sources are valid and reliable...Fans publishing their own theories have no more reliability on paper than on the web. As for "widespread", that's Sandpiper's own unsubstanciated opinion...Folken de Fanel 12:34, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't originally write this section (or I don't think so), but it seems I am in the middle of a war defending it from Folken de Fanel. It strikes me one of the refs in the third para ought to be changed to show where in the books the actual quote came from (apparently CoS ch18), but the other ref indicates that Granger's book has several pages about this. Perhaps you would be so good as to revert your own reversion? Sandpiper 12:41, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. On another page I half seriously suggested there ought to be a special barnstar for anyone who did get involved. Sandpiper 12:47, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah ha, that's great! Thanks for the link! Herostratus 14:16, 18 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
