Comments at ANI
Please do not add nonsensical "yeah, this, too" comments to discussions at WP:ANI. It doesn't help anything, and it just makes things more confusing. Please edit articles more.—Ryūlóng (竜龍) 19:24, 2 August 2007 (UTC)

Advice
Hi LOZ: OOT, Ryulong has given you good advice above. It's alright to talk to other editors informally, but remember that our purpose here is to write an encyclopedia.Proabivouac 05:57, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

I'm not a member of it yet, as I'm trying to help clean up the Pokemon Articles. I'm not at all a Pokemon fan but it seems there's only a few editors trying to hold down the fort over there from Vandals. SpigotMap 04:59, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

I hid the game image, on your page since fair use images cannot be used on userspace, per WP:USER. Miranda 20:07, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry about that. I won't do it again, I swear it. I was afraid I got blocked. Not that I did anything wrong, just an irrational fear. LOZ: OOT 20:15, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- That's okay. Just be familiar with the policies on the welcome message. Miranda 20:24, 7 August 2007 (UTC)
- I look at WP:ANI to see if I'm mentioned anywhere. I'm useless to Wikipedia and its articles, and I fear that my edits will be mistakenly seen as vandalism. I am afraid that people will block me indef and not believe a word I say. LOZ: OOT 02:09, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
- If you don't break the rules, then you won't get reported to WP:ANI. Also, I will watch this page to see if you responded, per my talk page rules (courtesy). OoT
Hi. I've got a suggestion for you: if you'd like to improve OoT, then add similar references to the plot, as in Link (The Legend of Zelda)#Video games. That would be great. The Prince of Darkness 18:02, 9 August 2007 (UTC)
Will do, Dark Prince. Will do. But I'll be on and off for the next little while, so I may not quite get down to it right away. LOZ: OOT 02:48, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
- Hey man, nice catches in some of the fansite type stuff and Original Research on the OoT article. I'll help ya out as soon as I get done with the article I'm writing. SpigotMap 03:04, 11 August 2007 (UTC)
- I'm done the Story section. LOZ: OOT 02:45, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
- I just got a whole ton of redirects there. LOZ: OOT 04:36, 12 August 2007 (UTC)
Sounds good. — Deckiller 02:31, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
- Another thing you probably could do is to trim the middle section (about the plot) of the introduction. It's way too long. The Prince of Darkness 21:09, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
One question of no real significance
1) What does being rogue mean?— Preceding unsigned comment added by LOZ: OOT (talk • contribs)

Video game guidelines
Hi! I noticed this edit you made to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time—Zelda articles are my main interest. WikiProject Video games has a set of article guidelines that might be helpful for you to read. In particular, encyclopedic articles are written for the general reader—do not assume that the reader has played the game, or any game for that matter. Thus, avoid the second person ("you") when writing. For the same reason, specific button references should generally be avoided. For example, instead of "You fight the boss by pushing the A button to attack with your sword", say "Links fights the boss using his sword". Hope this helps. Pagrashtak 17:26, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

I guess I am. Vandals commonly say Wikipedia is nerdy. Cheers, JetLover (talk) 00:31, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- Well, it's just not appropriate for an article. Cheers, JetLover (talk) 00:32, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Hi LOZ:OOT
Nice to see everything is going okay over here…keeping an eye on you if that's alright.
Are you familiar with Premiata Forneria Marconi?Proabivouac 07:16, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- You may enjoy Photos of Ghosts and The World Became the World. There are other good ones, but these are the most canonically prog. Re Genesis, Selling England by the Pound and Lamb Lies Down on Broadway are both highly regarded, and you should probably enjoy them a great deal.Proabivouac 01:49, 17 August 2007 (UTC)

No problem. Luna Santin's talk page is on my watchlist, and I saw your question via that. Ksy92003(talk) 19:24, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- Hehe I assumed that. I assumed that her page was on your watchlist because you left the question there... it seemed reasonable :-) Wasn't expecting a response from you about it, but nice to have one, and nice to meet you. Ksy92003(talk) 19:27, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
re:WP:LAME
Indeed. The key is to have as much patience as possible and look at it logically; it'll make the silliness of the opposing argument obvious after a while. — Deckiller 20:03, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- Well, the problem with fiction on Wikipedia is that a lot of people don't take it seriously. That ranges from content to things "deserving" their own article because they are merely significant to the plot. WP:FF (the Tifa situation wasn't really a WP:FF matter) is probably the only true exception, although other WikiProjects have a few editors who understand how to deal with fiction appropriately. — Deckiller 20:40, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you. I'm sure that, given time, you can contribute heavily to featured articles. OOT can be a starting point. — Deckiller 21:06, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

Let's get the facts straight.
I assume your a fan of Zelda, and the history shows your involved with the page. I wonder, have you gone to Gamespot? If not, how do you know I was making it up. I'm just trying to add info from a Wii point of view and try to update the review ratings. So when you recently reverted that info, that makes me think that your obsessed with Wikipedia. Here's what I propose, the easy way is for you to check out Gamespot Wii section and tell me I'm wrong about it or the hard way is for you to falsly update this site and hope that a few years later it will be out of date.
In short, you may not have visited Gamespot, but if you did, then I'll forgive you for that. If not, do it then reply to me.— Preceding unsigned comment added by The Prince of Darkness (talk • contribs)
- Just curious as to what you're trying to add to the article that got reverted? SpigotMap 17:33, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
- What I thought to be another user added "Even on the Wii it is also the best, scoring 8.9." Now when I looked at my watchlist, I assumed the contributer was an ex-vandal trying to assist Wikipedia for a change and needed assistance. All I said was when he adds a review or something to that effect, he should verify it. I wasn't trying to offend that user, and I apologize if it did offend him. LOZ: OOT 19:44, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
